· Sellers are expected to ship within two business days of receiving payment. (eCheck payments are not considered received until cleared.)

· The Seller may use the shipping method of its choice so long as the shipping method offers reasonable transit times and a valid tracking number that can be provided to the buyer at the time the product is shipped..

· The Seller must communicate shipping tracking data, including carrier and tracking number, to the buyer and PhoneYoo.
